PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Each and every piece is made to order here in New York City. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and 2 to 4 business days for shipment, however most pieces will be shipped in a shorter amount of time.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered M-F only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.
DOMESTIC
Domestic shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 days to arrive. If you are in need of expedited shipping, please contact Ben at support@eponavalley.com before placing order and you will be set up accordingly. Once package is tracked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the receiver's.
INTERNATIONAL
Epona Valley ships internationally via UPS (3-6 business days)
If your package is time sensitive, please reach out before ordering to Ben at support@eponavalley.com and we will set up a singular UPS Express Rate.
Once package leaves the US it is the responsibility of the receivers.
*DISCLAIMER* Epona Valley is not responsible for parcels once they have reached their international post office. Any special needs regarding VAT, Tarrif, etc. must be addressed prior to shipment. Any fees accrued are not associated with Epona Valley.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because each piece is handmade, we cannot accept returns. If you would like to exchange, that can be done within 7 days of receipt of your piece. Contact Ben at support@eponavalley.com with your order #.
Promotional codes / discounts used on items are FINAL SALE.
Sale items can not be returned/exchanged. We have the right to refuse items that are not in their original condition. Epona Valley will pay freight of exchange going back out, but is not responsible for freight of getting here.
We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
